At Smart Living Pakistan, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 10 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- A receipt or order confirmation is required.
How to Request a Return
Before sending anything back, please email us at admin@smartlivingpakistan.com with your order details. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process.
Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know right away with photos. We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement or solution quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Discounted or sale items (including seasonal, clearance, or orders placed with discount codes)
- Products damaged after delivery without proof of arrival condition
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original one. A 35% handling charge of the previous invoice will apply for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
- A 30% deduction will be applied as handling/restocking fee.
- The balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 3–12 business days depending on your bank.
