At Smart Living Pakistan, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how our return and exchange process works.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused and in new condition
- It must be in its original packaging with all accessories included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us on WhatsApp at 0305 7015615 or email admin@smartlivingpakistan.com within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number and the reason for return or exchange
- Once approved, you will send the product back to us
- Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer
- After we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment method used.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product for a different item or variant, contact us using the details above. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
- The product has been used or is not in its original condition
- The 7-day window has passed
- Original packaging or accessories are missing
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos, and we will resolve it as a priority.
